- Pre-loaded department/billing code: End user selects their appropriate accounting code from a pull down menu. This saves time and ensures accuracy
- Electronic invoicing: Invoices can be sent to end-user or directly to accounting electronically.

- Data provided on billing statements can include Invoice number, sales order number, date, end user name, ship to address, billing code, department, item number, unit of measure, quantity ordered, unit sell price, extended sell price and item category.
